One of the problems with the booklets is getting them noticed as they are quite small, and the lovely muted palette can recede a little among a lot of bright colours. I wanted to get a stand for upcoming events and was recommended this cardstock one by my friend and fellow artist Sam, whose Artists Open House I joined in with on Saturday. She has the Kraft card one for her cards, but I thought I would try black to see if it made the booklets stand out a little more. I also wanted to use a section from my letterpress poster as I have about 6 which are imperfect in one way or another so it’s great to put them to good use.
I spent ages fiddling around arranging the titles but thankfully you can just about see the titles above the book in front (luck not judgement!) and I love the letterpress heading:
