I have been keeping half an eye on Inktober, although as with Blogtober, I haven’t really fulfilled the brief of posting every day and following the rules! The day before yesterday I looked up the prompts and drew what I thought was from the correct date, but in fact I was a day early. Ironically, the prompt was Blunder…
So, here is my first blunder, so to speak:
I had the idea of somebody tripping up, and for this drawing I used some gloopy Indian Red calligraphy ink and my dip pen.
So I merrily logged onto the Draw with Me livestream yesterday at 5pm for Day 16 and the prompt was – Blunder. Oh. Oops.
I had originally considered drawing a rhinoceros, as for some reason I associate them, perhaps uncharitably and erroneously, as somewhat blundering. Anyway, I fancied drawing a rhino and here he is, in grey ink plus dip pen:
