new covers

I said I was updating the birdwatching logbooks, and that I would show you the new covers. I’ll just give you a little teaser as there are some additional changes in the layout of the booklets inside too, but here is a sneak preview of the new design for my top-selling title, Town & Country Garden Birds. I think they are a bit more visible, and will be more noticeable on the shelf in a bookshop. What do you think?

The colours always look brighter on screen, so they will be a little more muted once printed. I’ve made the birds larger, and the whole design more contrasty.
